Troubleshooting guide

Practical checks, in the order they matter.

01

Sign-in or password reset

Confirm you are using the email address that owns your workspace. If the password is not accepted, choose the reset option on the sign-in page and use the newest reset email.

Open sign in
02

Verification or delivery code

Check spam, promotions, and any company email quarantine first. Wait a minute, then request a fresh code. Only the latest code will work, so enter it exactly as delivered.

Start again
03

MFA code does not work

A code expires after a short window and cannot be reused. Request one new code, avoid opening multiple code emails, and make sure your device clock is set automatically.

04

Plan or workspace access

Sign in with the account that purchased the plan, then check your workspace billing details. If a plan change has just been completed, refresh the page and allow a few moments for access to update.

Compare plans
05

Workflow limits or locked tools

Each plan includes specific workflow types and a monthly allowance for each included type. The Workflow Catalog shows what your plan unlocks, how much has been used, and whether an upgrade is needed.

06

Browser or device basics

Use a current version of Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox. Disable strict content blockers for Procura Flow, clear stale site data, and try a private window or another network if a page will not load.
